A correctly tensioned saw band is one of the most important factors affecting both the life of the saw band and the accuracy of the cut. To achieve optimum saw blade durability and increased cutting quality, it is important to set the recommended tension. By using a tension gauge you will significantly reduce the risk of saw blade breakage due to excessive tension or undercutting due to low tension.
