Stage quality control
- Control begins in the stock - check the chemical composition of the steel and the straightness of the steel strip
- Milling - geometry of the cutting edge and tooth profile
- Setting - band saw is controlled by two independent cameras that control both width and symmetry of the setting
- After heat treatment - the hardness of tooth tips and the body of the band saw blade
- Furthermore checked again straighness and quality of the cutting edge
